Savannah, Ga - The March 19th club friendly versus Lowcountry United (Charleston, SC) just took on a little more meaning. Savannah Clovers are proud to announce a partnership with the American Diabetes Association for the St. Patrick's Day Soccer Showcase. For each ticket sold to the event, one dollar will be donated to the ADA. The American Diabetes Association (ADA) is the nation's leading non-profit health organization providing diabetes research, information, and advocacy. Founded in 1940, ADA brings total wellness education to where people live, work and play through community health programs and partnerships. “We are thrilled that the American Diabetes Association will benefit from this year’s St. Patrick’s Day Soccer Showcase. Physical activity is one of the most important elements of maintaining a healthy lifestyle in order to prevent and manage diabetes,” said John Douglas, Area Manager for the ADA.
