Clovers begin first training sessions at Floyd E. Morris Field

Savannah Clovers began their training for the 2017 Liga De Savannah Futbol Season on Sunday, January 8th. Amid temperatures of 40 Degrees Fahrenheit, the first of returning players took to the pitch at the newly turfed and renamed Floyd E. Morris Field. The first training session focused on player conditioning, fitness and skills. The 2 hour session concluded with a 7v7 mini game. Training will continue on January 15th at Jug Knight Field at the Scarborough Sports Complex. Training will conclude on February 12th, Final roster spots will be determined by these training sessions.
